Organisations wishing to express an interest in leasing the new Community Café should submit:

• expression of interest form
• a business plan

Applications must be received no later than midday on the closing date.

Next steps

1. Expressions of Interest will be considered by a panel. Additional information may be requested.
2. Successful applicants will be invited to present their proposal to the panel and answer questions.
3. The final decision to grant a lease will be made at the sole discretion of the panel.
