Applications to be considered at the next Planning Committee

A number of major recent planning applications or controversial other types of application are discussed at the Planning Committee.

Members who want to make representations at the meeting can register by emailing democratic.services@colchester.gov.uk. All public speakers must register before 12pm on the day before the meeting.

7.1 250384 - Holy Trinity Church, Trinity Street, Colchester

The work consists of the first stage of external repairs comprising: strip and re-roof 2 roof slopes and small vestry roof, replace all associated lead valleys, abutment flashings and flashings and associated time linings, tower roof slate repairs, stone and mortar repairs to buttresses, rubble walling, windows and doorways, replacement of rainwater goods.
