Colchester Borough Council is providing support for residents, businesses and communities throughout winter.

Please be aware that we will be carrying out essential maintenance on our online planning service from noon on Friday 8 February 2019. This is scheduled to take a couple of hours and as a result people will not be able to access the online planning service during this time. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. We will update this message and our social media channels once the work has been completed.
