The Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) 2004 give you access rights to environmental information held by a public authority.

We will not charge you for access to information under EIR except where prints or copies are required. In this case a reasonable cost will be charged based on the actual cost to us.

Access to information requested under EIR will usually be granted within 20 working days from receipt of the request by the Local Land Charges team.
