Since 1 April 2017, HMRC requires all local authorities (England and Wales) to charge VAT on CON29 and CON29O. Prices include VAT where applicable. All completed searches will be returned with a VAT receipt.
All fees are calculated on a cost recovery basis.
It'll take approximately 10 working days for official search requests to be returned to you. These are completed in strict date order.
Cancellation of Official Search request and CON 29 "R" component data requests will be charged at full price and no refunds are given.
Along with the fully completed application form and fee, the following must be submitted:
An up-to-date Ordnance Survey map with the property boundary correctly outlined
If you require any side or back access ways, other roads in the vicinity or abutting roads please ensure that these are specified in Box C on the Con. 29 "R" form
