- Inception meeting (up to 3 hours) including completion of PPA and advice confirmed in writing - £2,000.00 (+ VAT)
- Subsequent charge per meeting (3 hours) - Agreed at Inception
Major - Large
- 50- 99 units
- 2,000 - 4,999m² floor space
- Site is 2 - 3 ha
- Inception meeting (up to 3 hours) including completion of PPA and advice confirmed in writing - £2,500.00 (+ VAT)
- Subsequent charge per meeting (3 hours) - Agreed at Inception
Major - Super
- 100+ units
- 5,000+m² floor space
- Site is 3+ ha
- Inception meeting (up to 3 hours) including completion of PPA and advice confirmed in writing - £3,000.00 (+ VAT)
- Subsequent charge per meeting (3 hours) - Agreed at Inception
