What supporting documents you need?

Along with the fully completed application form and fee, the following must be submitted:

Existing Use/Development

  • Proof that any building was complete more than 4 years before the date of the application
  • Proof that any use (or breach of condition) has been taking place continously for a period of 10 years or more before the date of application 

Proposed Use/Development

  • Details of the location and dimensions of any building works
  • Details of any current and future use and the premises where this will take place
